Hello I'm Phil, currently progressing through course work to learn web development (and maybe world domination). This site has been put together to practice the techniques learned so far (and a few techniques we haven't) and to showcase my abilities.

In addition to web development, I do a bit of amateur photography. I mainly do sports shoots (a few examples are on the photo page) but have been branching out into other areas as well. I have done some limited underwater photography (I have my advanced dive certification) but don't dive very often any more due to my dive buddy moving; so I only really get to dive when on vacation these days. I did get to upgrade my camera recently; although, Ikelite didn't make a housing for the model I wanted but I got it's sister so not to bad (the body is made of a different material and some other minor differences but not enough to cry over). While I do take pictures I'm not huge on editing them as of yet but that is on my to do list (it's forever growing).
